A Foothills fixture, and one of Tucson's most popular family-owned restaurants known as Landmark Cafe, has now moved into a larger, more sophistocated setting. The new name, Bistro Chartreuse, indicates Chef Burchard's desire to offer not only his well-known luncheon and Sunday Brunch dishes, but a broader array of modern specialties. He continues to offer his piquant tableside-prepared appetizers such as Steak Tartar and Greek and Caesar Salads.
